Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate PRN caregivers to join our team in Atlanta/Buckhead, Georgia. As a Part Time healthcare professional in the franchise industry, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our senior clients in the Conyesr area. This is a perfect opportunity for CNAs, and  PCAs, looking for a flexible working schedule and an immediate start.

Compensation and Benefits:
We are proud to offer competitive compensation of $14 to $16 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we also provide paid training, ongoing support, and growth opportunities for our employees.

Responsibilities:
• Provide in-home care services to seniors in their homes
• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Aid in medication reminders and help with meal preparation
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow the care plan as directed by the client's healthcare team
• Maintain accurate records and document any changes in client's condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
• CPR/First Aid Certification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in care-giving 
• Clean background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
