Job Description:
The Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist is responsible for placing patients into clinical trial studies. The role is vital to the success of our company's clinical research programs because it ensures that trials have enough qualified participants to produce accurate and reliable data for our pharmaceutical customers. Specific activities include but are not limited to:

  • Contact patients that expressed interest in participating in our studies by responding to our Marketing and Outreach efforts. No cold calling for us
  • Qualify patients for studies by reviewing clinical trial information, completing assessment questionnaires, and responding to questions related to medications, physician procedures, clinic procedures, medical conditions. We have great scripts that make this easy
  • Schedule qualifying patients for initial clinic visits to complete final assessments for participation in our clinical trials.
  • Perform follow-up activities with patients throughout their journey.
  • Field incoming calls from patients for follow-up questions or rescheduling requests.
  • Direct incoming calls from our Pharmaceutical Clients to designated resources.
  • Social media and marketing wizards will have the opportunity to help drive community engagement while building our company brand.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year work experience in a customer-interfacing role, preferably with high volume of phone interactions. Experience with outbound calling (basic sales) is highly desirable.
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to learn, improve and grow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Logical, problem-solving mindset, curious, and a fast learner
  • Remarkably organized and attentive to details
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Basic aptitude with computer software, applications and technology
  • Ability to work rotating Saturdays (8AM-4PM) & Sundays (12-2:30PM)
  • Preferred
    • B.S or B.A from any accredited university
    • Previous Research or Clinical and Medical experience
  • Spanish language skills desirable
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Pay Structure:

Pay for the Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist role includes a Base Salary, uncapped Commissions (paid bi-weekly), and Bonus Opportunities (weekly & monthly):
  • Base Pay at $33,000 per year and up (commensurate with experience)
  • Commission and Bonus Opportunities range from $10,000 to 21,000 per year across our current team members.
