Who We’re Looking For:
We need enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to going the extra mile to provide top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys assisting customers and is comfortable engaging in a fast-paced environment. You must be skilled at multitasking and prioritizing urgent matters while delivering exceptional service. Duties include scheduling services, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support to team members.
This position is based at our headquarters in Plaistow, NH during training, with potential for hybrid schedules post-training. Please note that this job description may not encompass all activities or responsibilities required for this role.
Schedule: Hours may vary according to business needs; required availability is Tuesday-Saturday from 7am-6pm, with office presence on Tuesdays.
Requirements for Our Customer Service Representatives:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese (open to discussion)
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and decisively
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment throughout the duration of your shift
- Reliable high-speed WiFi connection
- Willingness to relocate temporarily for WiFi issues (unless weather-related)
- Capability to learn about the company, products, and services
- Ability to converse and type concurrently while assisting customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on punctuality
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Aged 18 years or older
- Willing to work full-time with occasional seasonal Saturdays
Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly wage
