KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for SAP Consultant Director Level

The objective of the consultant is to assess the following

* Maximize the SAP system to align with our production, revenue sources
o Be able to provide recommendations
* Assess full process flow and identify tech gaps and flaws
* Experience with SAP Business 1 (that's the version of SAP we use) - small business version - we don't want a consultant to come in and advise us to upgrade the SAP system, re-architect the entire system, etc.
* Be able to understand and provide recommendations on our "home grown' systems and how they can integrate into SAP more efficiently
* Determine pitfalls we have from not having a single "source of truth' from data - we have very disparate data - we get different answers depending on what database is accessed
* How can we optimize SAP for the Sales Module - we need to be able to track WIP (work in progress)
o Can this be accomplished with the Order to Cash module? Are we using it effectively
o Can we implement without a full WMS (warehouse management system) - this is a massive undertaking and not in the future plan
* Assess the team skills, the structure and recommend org design and skills that need to be upleveled (if needed)

Skill sets/Experience desired

* SAP experience (Business 1) in manufacturing and has WIP tracking experience
* Worked in a scrappy environment
* Integrated "home grown' or 3rd party software into SAP
* We don't need a developer
* Strong Tech Business Analyst experience that can assess business process and how they can be supported with SAP and 3rd party software
o Documentation skills key
* Has the tech experience beyond Analyst to make recommendations and has successfully implemented WIP and structured SAP to mirror production/processes.
