About the Practice:
Our client is a well-established, patient-centered dental practice located in Lewiston ME. The team is known for combining advanced technology with a compassionate, personalized approach to care. Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Periodontist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality periodontal and implant services while building lasting patient relationships. You'll have access to the latest equipment and a strong support team that allows you to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage periodontal disease and related oral health conditions
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures, including scaling, root planing, flap surgery, grafting, and crown lengthening
  • Place and restore dental implants
  • Collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate in Periodontics from an ADA-accredited program
  • Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care
