As a Senior Product Manager at Plooto, you will lead the way in developing transformative financial tools for small businesses. We seek a strategic and analytical thinker who is customer-focused and possesses strong storytelling abilities. In this individual contributor role, you will spearhead our payments initiatives and drive impactful results.
What You'll Do- Gather and analyze feedback from end-users and stakeholders to inform product requirements and features.
- Coordinate the product development lifecycle, collaborating with engineering teams to realize your vision.
- Identify market opportunities and resolve customer challenges through innovative solutions.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance and monetize our Total Processing Volume.
- Facilitate daily sprint activities, including planning and grooming sessions.
- Partner with marketing teams to effectively communicate product launches to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the product expert, addressing functional inquiries and issues.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, detailing key features and initiatives.
- Proactively assess and prioritize risks to ensure a smooth product life cycle.
- Oversee the complete product life cycle from ideation to execution.
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, applying data-driven insights to prioritize product development.
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and operational teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Empathy for users and the ability to understand their needs.
- A metrics-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with payment systems or experience in the FinTech sector.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Knowledge of experimental design and analysis.
