As a Digital Product Manager within ACE, you'll play a key role in defining, delivering, and managing digital products that align with customer needs and our strategic goals. This role requires a unique mix of strategic vision, technical understanding, and business insight. We are searching for a visionary Machine Learning Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of products powered by machine learning platforms and AI technologies across our technology teams. This role is essential in bridging the gap between data science, engineering, and business, ensuring that our Machine Learning Cloud Platforms deliver substantial value to our users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the vision and strategy for our digital products.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to analyze trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Product Development: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative digital products.
  • Roadmap Management: Create and continuously update a product roadmap that reflects business goals and customer needs.
  • Ongoing Management: Partner with the Digital Product team to write and prioritize user stories, manage the product backlog.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define performance metrics, monitor product success using analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal stakeholders and external partners informed of product progress and updates.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage budgets and resources for product development.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to continually enhance the product.

Product Skill Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities to inspire and guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with creativity in implementation.
  • Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions is preferred.
  • Experience as a product manager with minimal supervision, able to handle low complexity products.
  • Conduct effective product management ceremonies.
  • Influence product direction, backlog, and roadmap.

Technical Skill Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience focused on ML/AI products preferred.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) is preferred.
  • Ability to combine technical acumen with business insights.
  • Stay informed about competitive landscapes and emerging trends in AI/ML technologies.
  • Translate complex ML concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.

Compensation for this role ranges from $104,000 to $187,625 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
