What you will do in this role:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered.
- Facilitate efficient admission and discharge processes.
- Work with leadership and subject matter experts to enhance outcomes and service quality.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to elevate staff performance and engagement.
- Assist in coordinating staff scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
