Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Join a leading full-service, family-owned commercial construction company in Columbus, Ohio, which has been thriving for nearly a century. Specializing in public and civic projects throughout Ohio, this company is committed to excellence in managing a wide range of construction projects, including self-performing demolition, concrete, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire project, ensuring it is constructed according to design, schedule, and budget.

  • Interact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.

  • Manage project schedule, cost, quality, change orders, and project closeout processes.

Essential Skills

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in construction management.

  • Experience with commercial construction.

  • Public project experience is required.

  • Proficiency in project coordination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • A 4-year degree in construction management or engineering is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
