Your responsibilities include:- Building meaningful relationships with clients through dedicated companionship and compassionate care.
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Providing personal care, including grooming, bathing assistance, and helping with incontinence needs.
- Quick job placement for qualified candidates.
- A passionate team providing dedicated support 24/7.
- Access to an industry-leading mobile app for real-time updates on client needs and schedule management.
- At least 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (not from family) or qualifications as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- Able to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care and relationship-building.
- Basic proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing (bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration obligations.
