Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Responsibilities of the Shift Team Leader:
- Engage operationally in day-to-day activities within a busy, fast-paced restaurant.
- Deliver immediate and respectful responses to guest needs.
- Assist in training new hires and set the tone for each shift as a role model.
- Be a friendly, motivating team player.
- Open and/or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and serve as a key holder.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborate with directors to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Ability to inspire and lead both yourself and others.
- Willingness to learn and teach Chick-fil-A procedures and processes.
- High level of emotional intelligence with the capability to connect with guests.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Capable of managing team member performance and behavioral issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with shared responsibilities.
Compensation:
The wage will be determined based on your availability.
Please note that Chick-fil-A restaurants are independently franchised and managed, and employment decisions and policies are determined by the individual franchise owner.
