Location: Wilmington, DE

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday 12 pm to 9 pm

Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension or permanent placement) Start Date: November 17, 2025

Process and fulfill orders for internal and external customers with accuracy and attention to detail

Research, analyze, and submit legal documents to governmental agencies

Retrieve official documents from the Secretary of State and Division of Corporations

Research and confirm entity status for customers

Resolve client issues promptly or escalate when necessary

Communicate progress and updates to customers and internal teams

Navigate multiple processing systems and databases efficiently

Support organizational initiatives and process improvements

Maintain a positive attitude and flexible approach in a fast-paced environment

At least 1 year of customer service, office, or clerical experience in a fast-paced setting

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Effective verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to change

Team player with energy and accountability

Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field), but not required
