Pay Rate:
Competitive, based on experience

Work Scope:
Construction Laborers will be working on a commercial project in Smyrna, TN, assisting with sitework and general construction tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Installing PVC
• Backfilling trenches and work areas
• Assisting with pouring concrete
• Supporting skilled trades and site supervisors
• Handling materials, cleanup, and general labor duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Construction Laborer Requirements:
• Previous construction experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
• Must bring and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to follow direction
