A top-rated independent health system in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a motivated physician to lead 100% outpatient rheumatology care at their state-of-the-art Wellness Park facility. Whether you're looking for part-time, full-time, or a week-on/week-off lifestyle, this role puts you in control.

 The Role:

  • 100% outpatient rheumatology - no inpatient rounding

  • Build your schedule: part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off

  • Choose your patient mix and age group

  • Work alongside a high-functioning care team and a full spectrum of specialties

  • Use Cerner EMR, fully integrated across settings

  • Access to Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and CME opportunities

  • Teaching optional - engage with medical students and APP trainees

  • Enjoy real autonomy while shaping clinic operations

  • No locums or visa sponsorship at this time

 Compensation & Perks:

  • $300K base salary (40 hrs/week) + wRVU productivity bonus

  • Total earning potential up to $500K/year

  • $50,000 signing bonus

  • Loan repayment options (paid monthly, quarterly, or annually - your choice)

  • Up to $10,000 relocation assistance

  • $5,000 annual CME & board certification support

  • 248 hours PTO (vacation, holidays, CME)

  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, malpractice

  • 403(b) with 4% employer match (starting Year 2)

  • Sick time accrual up to 600 hours

  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
