From the first inquiry to the final departure, you handle room blocks, payments, and special requests with precision and care. You’re always looking for ways to add value—whether it’s optimizing room usage, identifying revenue opportunities, or delivering a thoughtful touch that elevates the guest experience. You communicate clearly across departments to keep everyone aligned and informed, all while maintaining organized files and accurate records. Most importantly, you bring warmth, professionalism, and a can-do attitude to every interaction, ensuring each group feels confident they’re in the best hands. 

WHO YOU ARE

You love being the person people count on to make things happen. You’re organized, detail-driven, and take pride in creating seamless experiences for others. You communicate with ease and professionalism, building trust with both guests and colleagues. Fast-paced environments energize you—you stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple deadlines without losing sight of the details. You have at least five years of experience in group reservations, housing management, or sales coordination, ideally within a luxury setting, and you understand the ins and outs of managing large conferences or events. You’re tech-savvy, adaptable, and always one step ahead—anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly.
