Benefits- Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) hourly pay range: $22-$35 (25% higher than average)

Job Responsibilities- Provide compassionate nursing care in a variety of post-acute care facilities near you
- Monitor and check vital signs such as blood pressure, respiration, and pulse
- Assist residents with daily activities including toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene
- Maintain a safe and sanitary living environment
- Observe and report resident conditions during your shifts
- Facilitate communication among residents, healthcare staff, and family members
- Transport residents safely within the facility, using wheelchairs when necessary
- Engage with residents and provide companionship
- Current Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures
- Strong organizational and observational skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
