Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-driven AP Analyst with NetSuite experience to join our growing accounting team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensure accurate invoice processing, and support financial integrity across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AP workflows, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings hands-on experience using NetSuite for invoice entry, vendor management, and reporting. This position offers excellent growth potential within a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume AP transactions, including invoice entry, coding, and three-way matching
- Manage vendor accounts, including onboarding, updates, and issue resolution
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and handle month-end close tasks within NetSuite
- Monitor outstanding payables, prepare payment runs, and ensure timely disbursements
- Maintain accurate documentation and organize invoices, expense reports, and supporting files
- Assist with account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries related to AP
- Support internal controls and contribute to AP process improvements
- Assist with audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or payment issues
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience required
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of AP processes and basic GAAP principles
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
