Small Animal Associate Veterinarian Job, Union, New Jersey, USA

In this role, your key duties will include:
- Performing consultations, diagnostics, and routine procedures for small animal patients
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to manage urgent presentations and follow-up care
- Building strong client relationships through empathetic, easy-to-understand communication
- Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and quality-improvement initiatives
- Ensuring detailed record keeping and compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirements
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure
- Background in small animal practice or enthusiasm to grow quickly in this setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy clinical day
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Willingness to participate in CE and contribute to the continuous development of the team
