Position Overview:
We are looking to welcome a part-time Clinical Consultation Nurse to our dynamic team. If you can commit to any of these shifts, we encourage you to apply
- 8:30am-6:30pm CST on Fridays and Saturdays OR 8:30am-6:30pm CST on Saturdays and Sundays
This role involves triaging calls to assess patient needs, providing appropriate care advice, and ensuring optimal outcomes while facilitating a safe return to work.

Perform all phases of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation when triaging calls.
Identify caller needs by gathering general health information and making referrals as necessary.
Evaluate treatment alternatives via telephonic contact and assessments.
Utilize defined triage protocols to collect pertinent data and accurately enter it into the computer system.
Recognize life-threatening emergencies and recommend timely interventions.
Promptly refer physician-level issues and guide patients to the appropriate level of care, including emergency rooms or self-care options.
Maintain adherence to quality assurance standards and serve as a resource for team members.
A Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred. Active, unrestricted RN compact licensure is required, along with two years of recent clinical practice experience. Proficiency with multiple screens and computer applications is necessary.
