About the Role:

Monday - Friday ( Weekend Optional )
3-4 hour EVENING shifts
Weekly Pay on Fridays
Engaged management team
Paid on the job training

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
  • Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
  • Adapt to varying schedules and locations as required by client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.
Requirements:
  • Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
