What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conducting thorough home inspections from attic to crawl space.
  • Building trust by clearly communicating your findings and recommending optimal treatment options.
  • Closing sales by emphasizing the value and enduring benefits of Orkin's services.
  • Managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
  • Working independently, prioritizing your schedule, and maximizing leads and self-generated opportunities.
  • Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
