We're on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst with exceptional Agile facilitation and product vision capabilities to guide the requirements and delivery process for a real-estate insurance platform. This role involves shaping the product vision, translating intricate business rules into clear functional specifications, and ensuring outcomes are transparent and align with stakeholder objectives.

The Senior BA will thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment, closely collaborating with product managers, actuaries/SMEs, UX/UI designers, data specialists, and full-stack engineers. This position will bridge business strategy and technical execution by refining insurance calculation logic, validating end-to-end flows, and guaranteeing the platform accommodates evolving client, user, and regulatory requirements. Concurrently, the BA will fulfill the role of Agile Facilitator, promoting Agile principles, facilitating ceremonies, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and define high-level requirements.
• Convert high-level client needs into actionable tasks for developers.
• Acquire domain knowledge and disseminate it among the team.
• Support the design team by clarifying requirements and user experience needs.
• Proactively inquire during client sessions to uncover hidden assumptions, edge cases, and value drivers.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure a shared understanding of requirements between clients and the development team.
• Assist the Product Manager in refining the product vision, prioritizing features, managing roadmaps, and ensuring a customer-centric delivery focus.

Documentation & Requirements Management:

• Create and maintain essential BA documentation (Vision & Scope, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, UML, process flows, etc.).
• Manage requirements and traceability in Jira/Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Execute impact mapping, change-request management, and backlog refinement activities.

Agile Leadership & Scrum Master Duties:

• Serve as Scrum Master for the delivery team.
• Plan and facilitate essential Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Remove team impediments and encourage continuous improvement.
• Coach the team on Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Assist the Product Manager in managing timelines, milestones, and sprint commitments.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and sustainable delivery velocity.

What You Bring:

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to foster positive and professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in gathering requirements and transforming them into actionable tasks and BA artifacts.
• Strong facilitation skills: meeting organization, documentation, and follow-up.
• Experience in executing impact mapping and managing requirement changes.
• Proven ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
• A proactive mindset for identifying and resolving risks or blockers.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in the role of Scrum Master or leading Agile ceremonies.
• Demonstrable ability to support or shape product vision and roadmap decisions.
• Motivated and passionate about product excellence, growth, and customer value.
• Proficient in English (C1+ level).
• Expertise in the insurance or InsurTech domain is a significant advantage.
