Position Summary

This Analyst Case Management position is with Aetna’s High Needs Children's team and is a field-based position in IL. The requirements is for candidates to travel 50-75% of the time to meet with members face to face. Utilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process, in order to facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing care coordination, support and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must reside in IL

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children

• Willing and able to travel up to 50-75% of the time to meet members face to face throughout Illinois.

• Reliable transportation; Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy

• Candidate must have a valid IL Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Case management

• Managed care experience

• Microsoft Office (Excel) experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or non-licensed master level clinician required, with a degree being in human services field (Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Public Health, Human Services, Nursing, Sociology, Health Services Administration, Behavioral Sciences).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
