Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Facility Name: (HOSPITAL/FACILITY NAME)

In this role, you will:

  • Delegate tasks and supervise occupational therapist assistants and technicians effectively.
  • Provide quality occupational therapy treatment in accordance with regulations and professional guidelines.
  • Maintain open communication with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure or certification by the first day of employment.
  • CPR certification desired, as dictated by hospital policy.
  • Completion of an accredited therapy program or a substantially equivalent program.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Competence in occupational therapy evaluation and treatment planning.
