Radiologic Technologist - CT/X-ray

Assignment Duration

This is a 17-week contract position, commencing immediately and continuing into January.

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8-Hour schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic X-rays and CT scans. Candidates should have experience with radiology equipment, particularly in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic X-rays and CT scans.
• Utilize Novarad PACS and RIS for imaging documentation.
• Administer contrast media as required for scans.
• Ensure radiation safety protocols are adhered to.
• Prepare and manage patient care during imaging procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT certification required.
• Valid New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license required.
• BLS certification required.
