Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in commercial and institutional building systems to lead project delivery from concept through construction. Candidates must be licensed PEs or have 10+ years of strong technical experience. EIT certification is an acceptable alternative for non-PEs. This role includes design oversight, internal team collaboration, and client-facing responsibilities in a growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design efforts for commercial and institutional building systems.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical delivery.
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and contractors.
- Mentor junior engineers and support cross-discipline collaboration.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and client strategy as needed.
Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering
- PE license strongly preferred OR 10+ years of high-level experience
- EIT certification is acceptable for non-PEs
- Revit proficiency required
- Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
