CNC Programmer Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop CNC programs for production runs
• Analyze and create drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates
• Modify existing programs for different machines
• Maintain tooling database
• Make manual program adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process

CNC Programmer Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Completion of a technical or associate degree program a plus
• At least 5 Years Experience programming 3- and 5-axis CNC mills
• Familiarity with Mastercam, Fusion 360 and Bobcad
• Basic math skills
$25-35/hour depending on experience.

• Eligible for employer match after 1st year anniversary

Five (5) Vacation Days per year; accrual begins after 60 days of employment.

Five (5) sick days after the completion of 6 months of employment.
