Warehouse Operations Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be part of the distribution center supporting daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $18.00 p/h

Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Safely and accurately load and unload products within the distribution center

• Process customer orders using RF technology, including scanning bar codes, picking, labeling, and packing

• Build pallets, including scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders for shipment

• Operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts in a safe manner

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following SOP and safety guidelines

What's Needed?

• High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE), including order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts

• Ability to obtain forklift certification in accordance with company guidelines

• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and work well with others
