Be the LPN/LVN You've Always Wanted to Be

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitoring patient behavior, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• A year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
