Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a SAP Analyst to join their team. As a SAP Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $75-80/h + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage the implementation of quality processes within the ETQ-SAP environment, including NCM/CAPA, Deviation/Waiver, APQP, PPAP, and Containment/Purge processes.
  • Configure and enhance SAP Quality Module functionalities to meet organizational needs.
  • Create new QN types and interface SAP QM with non-SAP applications to streamline quality management workflows.
  • Develop end-to-end expertise with SAP RICEWFs to support system integrations and customizations.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless interfacing of ETQ/QMS applications with SAP and other quality systems.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP Quality Module configurations and enhancements.
  • 2-5 years of experience working with ETQ or similar QMS applications with SAP integration.
  • Proven experience creating new QN types and interfacing SAP QM with non-SAP applications.
  • Expertise in SAP RICEWFs from end to end.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
