- Plan and execute work involving:
- Flatwork

- Repairs and demo

- Industrial concrete scopes

- Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
- Coordinate with project management, estimating, and ownership
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- Maintain strong communication with clients and inspectors
- Support coordination with excavation and utilities operations as needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Proven experience as a Field Superintendent or Lead Foreman in concrete construction
- Strong background in commercial, industrial, and/or residential concrete
- Ability to lead crews, solve problems, and maintain high standards
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Estimating or project coordination experience is a plus
