Joining our team as an Associate Financial Advisor I, you will be responsible for assisting financial advisors and his/her clients with their overall financial needs, management, and planning. You also might be responsible for (once licensed) advising clients about their financial needs, objectives and risk tolerance and then recommend the appropriate financial strategy, which can include but is not limited to their investments, taxes, college savings accounts, insurance and retirement. All such recommendations will be approved by the tenured Financial Advisor you team up with.

This position is based in Viera, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Build referral pipelines and develop strong partnerships to help develop and grow client relationships
- Prepare recommendations for financial solutions to clients based on their specific individual needs
- Provide financial planning support to clients using LPL Platforms
- Analyze financial data received from clients to develop strategies to meet their goals
- Recommend investment products and services that are suitable to the client
- Review client accounts on a regular basis
- Contact clients regularly to review portfolio and make any necessary recommendations
- Ability to prepare all appropriate forms and documents for customer accounts
- Develop, institute and maintain programs relating to new business development and sales promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Take and execute trade orders
- Execute customer mailing campaigns, seminars, and other sales generating ideas
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintain accurate client files
- Adhere to all Compliance and Legal requirements
- Schedule appointments and prepare for meetings

Requirements:
- Series 7 and Series 66 or ability to obtain within 120 days
- Life/Health/Variable Annuity License or ability to obtain within 120 days
- 1+ years of previous sales experience
- Strong time management skills
- Possess superior quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or in a group setting with minimal to no supervision
- Knowledge of the financial markets
- Demonstrate good sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Effective Oral/Written Communication, Adaptability, Initiative, and Customer Service
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Ability to connect with customers, clients, and coworkers.
Pay Range:
-/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. This position is also eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
