Position: Food Runner / Busser

Reports to: Head Chef

Position Summary:

Storm Peak Brewing is seeking Food Runner/Bussers for our new tasting room location at the base of steamboat ski resort. Our menu consists of beer forward dishes, made from scratch, in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Team member will work closely with the kitchen to deliver prepared dishes in a timely fashion to tables, ensuring accurate order delivery, and maintaining a clean and welcoming taproom. Customer service skills and the ability to hustle are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
  • Ensure proper presentation of dishes before delivery to tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Clear and clean tables as needed
  • Support kitchen staff
  • Assist in keeping service stations stocked with supplies (napkins, condiments, utensils, etc.)
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Provide friendly, professional service to guests at all times
Qualifications:
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
