Job Description
As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the bell cart efficiently.
- Escorting guests and transporting their luggage to and from their rooms with care.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bell stand and luggage area.
- Collaborating with Security to report any suspicious or unclaimed luggage.
- Accurately assigning and verifying vehicle claim tickets for guest vehicles.
- Keeping the driveway clear of non-valet vehicles and ensuring that the valet area is well-maintained.
- Inspecting vehicles for pre-existing damages and reporting any findings.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
