Job specification

  • Conduct patient assessments upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in condition.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, and interventions as ordered by the medical provider, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the patient's medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and take appropriate action for any adverse reactions.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care by responding promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs, and proactively resolving issues.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and post-discharge care using clear, understandable language.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, and support teams to create an environment focused on safety, quality, and positive patient outcomes.
  • Advocate for patients, ensuring their rights, privacy, and dignity are upheld at all times.
Candidate requirements Must have at least 1 year of recent Acute Care RN experience (within the last 4 years). Registered Nurse (RN) License - Active and in good standing. Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) - Must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
