Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through the purchase or lease of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Deliver a premium showroom and test-drive experience
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Manage CRM tasks, calls, and internet inquiries consistently
  • Collaborate with managers on pricing, financing, and leasing options
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of features, services, and incentives
  • Represent the dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred (3+ years)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Basic computer and phone skills

Schedule:

  • Full-time (10-hour shifts)
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
