Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Automotive Lead Technician who will report to the Store and Service Managers. This role is pivotal in executing both fundamental and complex car maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring vehicles are operating efficiently, and delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing extensive automotive repair expertise
  • Delivering exceptional service to our clientele
  • Conducting skilled mechanical work to analyze and diagnose vehicle issues
  • Inspecting, replacing, and repairing defective parts while performing preventive maintenance
  • Engaging in continuing education to stay updated with evolving automotive technologies
  • Exemplifying company vision, mission, and core values in all customer and team interactions
  • Complying with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive services or engine diagnostics
  • ASE Certification is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Possession of personal technician tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate and drive various vehicles
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with a commitment to building lasting relationships
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of standing, stooping, and bending
  • Occasionally exerting 50-100 lbs of force and frequently 10-25 lbs of force
  • Engaging in work that necessitates consistent movement of materials
