Your Team:
- Be part of the Service Management Team within the PTC Retail Customer Success Organization, part of our Retail Business Unit.
- Work alongside Service Managers located across the globe including North America, the UK, France, and India.
Your Impact:
- Support the Retail Service Manager team with a commitment to excellence by managing essential tasks such as:
- Preparing Monthly Service Review presentations.
- Distributing Monthly Usage reports.
- Managing the Customer Health Dashboard.
- Act as a point of contact for designated PTC Cloud customers in the Americas, handling escalations and addressing their Cloud-related needs.
Your Day-To-Day:
- Prepare service review materials and reports efficiently utilizing existing resources for the Service Manager community.
- Conduct thorough quality control on documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Manage a client portfolio as a designated PTC Service Manager, responding to inquiries and issues effectively.
- Coordinate client activities and escalate issues as necessary.
- Deliver quarterly Service Reviews.
- Serve as the maintenance contact and assist with coordination efforts.
- Support cost analysis and discussions concerning upgrades.
- Oversee Client Dashboard and Health reporting, ensuring timely updates and consistency.
- Collaborate internally and externally to promptly resolve customer issues.
- Facilitate Service Manager tasks related to client document management and cost control reporting.
Your Skills and Knowledge:
- A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- A strong client service focus with experience in account management and complex project lifecycles.
- Exceptional soft skills to foster meaningful relationships at all levels.
- Ability to assess client needs and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles or certification is advantageous.
