What Youll Be Doing
  • Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything thats off.
  • Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
  • Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
  • Turn over units after move?outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
  • Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure theyre working.
  • Help customers when theyre on site and need a hand.
  • Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something youre proud to be part of.
