Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a critical need home health assignment in California with active license and Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities
  • Home health setting caring for adult and/or geriatric patients
  • Day shift, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
  • Assignment length is 14 weeks
  • Requires use of Epic EMR
  • Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in their homes to improve mobility and independence
  • Compliance with vaccination requirements, including COVID and flu, may be necessary
  • Both local and travel candidates are considered at the same rate
  • Must adhere to tenure policies limiting assignment durations and mandatory breaks after two years of service
Requirements
  • Current active Physical Therapy license required if applicable
  • All licenses and certifications must be active upon consideration; no pending status accepted
  • Experience in home health setting preferred
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Submission requires last four digits of SSN and date of birth
  • Must provide required certifications and license verification
