Join Our Dynamic Team as a Residential Plumber Level II We are seeking passionate and skilled Plumber II candidates to be part of our dedicated workforce. As a key player in the installation of plumbing systems for new constructions, you will also mentor apprentice plumbers while ensuring high standards of safety and quality in our work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately install drain-waste-vent (DWV), water lines, tub sets, gas lines, and pumps following local code and company quality standards.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of state plumbing codes and apply them consistently across all projects.
  • Effectively read and interpret construction prints and builder start packets.
  • Provide constructive direction and valuable training to apprentices, fostering their professional growth.
  • Proactively organize and prepare for each project, including planning, gathering materials, and conducting thorough job site walk-throughs.
  • Maintain a tidy job site and service vehicle daily to uphold a professional image and ensure accurate tracking of materials.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality to comply with the work schedule.
  • Commit to safety standards and consistently deliver quality workmanship.
  • Embody company values by taking pride in your work, ensuring first-time quality results.
  • Cultivate harmonious relationships with team members across various trades on-site.
  • Diligently communicate with the construction superintendent and team members during daily meetings.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner to meet established deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong motivation and work ethic.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Ability to read, write, and understand safety rules, operational instructions, procedure manuals, and blueprints/CAD drawings.
  • Critical thinking skills with the capability to solve problems independently.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Must obtain apprentice licensing in the relevant states.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures.
  • Comfortable with loud noises, mechanical parts, heights, and confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds consistently; capable of lifting at least 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Manual dexterity for handling tools and materials effectively.
  • Compliance with job site-specific safety gear requirements.
  • Willingness to travel for out-of-town or out-of-state projects.
