Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Site Leadership Team Coordinator to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC . You can be a part of a highly professional North American Disaster Relief team. In this role, you will support the North American Disaster Relief and Rebuild departments by serving in the daily functions of coordination and relationship-building with the Site Leadership Team (SLT). A day in the life of a Site Leadership Team Coordinator:

In the role of Site Leadership Team Coordinator , you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
• Assist with the day-to-day SLT activity; including correspondence, deployment reports, database management, deployment logistics and SLT Facebook updates.
• Communicate up to date information for deployments to the SLT through regular communication via email, text alerts, Facebook, and phone calls, overseeing the SLT Email Inbox.
• Assist with travel arrangement, flight itineraries, PTAs and travel compensation requests.
• Support the SLT team with deployment scheduling calls, recruitment process calls, and other follow up with SLT as needed.
• Assist the Fleet Services team with upkeep and submission of SLT licenses, Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) and related paperwork.
• Oversee the annual form collections process and relevant data updates.
• Support Assistant Director of Volunteer Relations and SLT Manager with special projects as needed.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelors degree (B.A.) and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Exhibit public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Able to effectively communicate with individuals from a wide range of demographics.
• Able to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure.
• Able to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required
