As a Stretch and Recovery Personal Trainer, you will empower our members to move, perform, and recover effectively by providing tailored stretch, mobility, and recovery sessions within a supportive and results-centered environment. You will utilize your fitness and recovery expertise alongside our club's extensive resources to help members prevent injuries, reduce soreness, enhance flexibility, and optimize overall performance. With over 70 locations available, you'll have ample opportunities to advance your career, develop strong client relationships, and make a meaningful impact on member health and wellness.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide an exceptional fitness experience for every member.
  • Conduct new-member orientations, perform pre-exercise assessments and assist in goal setting.
  • Deliver safe, personalized training sessions while tracking client progress.
  • Establish and maintain a client base (minimum of 12 client hours per week) while achieving booking targets.
  • Develop and convert leads during active hours, events, and orientation programs.
  • Oversee your schedule, submit monthly session forecasts, and manage substitutes when needed.
  • Complete essential training, adhere to club policies, and maintain flexible availability.

  • Aptitude for motivating, nurturing, and quickly building rapport with members.
  • Proven sales and prospecting capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge and coaching techniques.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Certified Personal Trainer.
  • CPR and AED Certification.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of personal training experience.
