Join us to make legends happen THE ROLE Providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed. Administering check-ins and check-outs. Providing front desk services to guests. Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties. Delivering mail and messages. Processing guest payments. Coordinating with bell service and staff management. Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice. Processing meal and beverage requests. Accommodating general and unique requests. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. Minimum of (2) years work-related experience Event experience preferred. Skills and Abilities Outstanding organizational skills. Diligence and attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication. Physical stamina and high energy levels. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under stress. Excellent multitasking ability. Conflict management skills.
