Job Opportunity: Our team is seeking a talented Top Secret cleared PMO Analystto work in our NW Washington DC location

This role supports DHS's Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A). I&A is responsible for developing DHS-wide intelligence through managing the collection, analysis and fusion of intelligence throughout the entire Department. I&A disseminates intelligence throughout DHS, to the other members of the United States Intelligence Community, and to first responders at the state, local, and tribal level.

The PMO Analyst will provide project management analysis that facilitates and supports activities in the Program/Project Management Office (PMO) by designing, interpreting, and recommending reports and metrics used in the analysis of key project indicators. Additionally, the PMO Analyst will contribute to the development, implementation, and oversight of the project process methodology.

What You'll Get To Do as a PMO Analyst:
  • Provide support to and initiate appropriate project processes which ensure forward progress, highlight and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with stated project objectives
  • Support project leaders as they scan the business environment to identify potential issues that may impact the quality of services, interfere with the organization's ability to manage its risks, and/or create opportunities to address these issues more effectively
  • Effectively organize and facilitate project planning
  • Ensure continuity between project stakeholders
  • Develop schedule reports to include critical paths, driving paths, execution metrics, baseline metrics and charts Providing analysis to support decisions to control project results
  • Coordinate and consolidate complex, technical, programmatic, and strategic responses to support initiatives to a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Ability to understand capability gaps and assist in setting project- and product-level strategy and priorities, ensuring the portfolio is responsive and mapped to program goals
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • BS degree with 5 plus years of experience
  • Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint
  • PMI PMP certified (desired)
