As a Transportation Design Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in reshaping infrastructure, contributing to transformative projects that impact communities. From major freeway modernization to innovative urban transformations, your work will directly influence the development of the communities around you.
Qualified candidates in Ohio can work remotely with occasional site visits.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and interpret engineering drawings, calculations, and cost estimates to deliver high-quality designs.
• Develop detailed technical reports and project work plans while ensuring execution with precision.
• Participate in design reviews, refine designs, and provide creative solutions for challenging engineering problems.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, enhancing your skills in a variety of civil engineering disciplines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required:

-5+ years experience within transportation engineering (i.e. roadway design, drainage design, utility coordination)

-EIT or ability to obtain in near future
Plus:
-PE license
-Project Management experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $59.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
