Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive personal sales to exceed individual goals.
  • Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to inspire new students.
  • Network with local schools, churches, and community organizations to generate new business.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor.
  • Encourage customer loyalty through positive experiences.
  • Participate in all store operations, including merchandising and displays.
  • Help maintain store security and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferable.
  • Sound knowledge of musical instruments and sheet music is essential.
