We are currently seeking a Warranty Booker to join our Ed Morse team.

Responsibilities

  • The Warranty Booker is responsible for ensuring accurate repair
  • Information and charges billed out on Repair Orders
  • The position is full time with a varying schedule
  • Assist Service Advisors/Managers with closing of open repair orders, and assist Technicians with booking questions
  • Assist management with special projects, audits, and reports
  • Perform booking of warranty, internal, and customer pay labor operations and times on each repair order generated
  • Create and apply purchase orders as needed for both internal and retail sub-contractors
  • Organizing and filing Repair Order documentation in appropriate files
  • Ensure all corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed out on the repair order
  • Verify appropriate documentation is attached and completed
  • Verify repair orders are accurate and complete
  • Close repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Other administrative support duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • 3 years of experience as warranty booker
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Previous experience in computer required, CDK experience is required
  • Dependable and punctual
