Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Full-Time: 68+ hours per 2 week pay period
Part-Time: 13+ hours per 2 week pay period
Casual Call: Build your own part time schedule - 3 shifts a month; 1 weekend per month
Available Shifts:Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off

Memory Care ResidentCare Assistant ( RCA )
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistantto support the residents in our 12 memory care apartments in our Hearten House locatedin La Crosse. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support toolder adults who experience memory impairment. Here, we have a range ofresidents that are independent, to others who require mechanical lifts,assistance with medication administration, and other activities of dailyliving.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with personal cares, dailyactivities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity aspossible
- Other responsibilities could include medicationmanagement, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
- Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
- Transport residents to meals and activities,documentation of daily care, etc
- Communicate and interact with residents, theirfamilies, and other departments to create an environment that focuses onresident safety and well-being
- Previous direct care experience, preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/orexperience (any State), preferred
- CBRF Certification, preferred
- Our starting rate is between $18.50 and $22.25 +per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases uponorientation completion
- We also offer a $0.75/hr PM, $3.00/hr NOC, Plusweekend shift differential as well as on-call and pick up incentives
- Regular wage reviews - we pay for highperformance
- Previous direct care experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/orexperience
- CBRF Certification(s)
