As an Analyst/Trainer, you will:

• Participate in the planning of advanced, supercomputing-based acoustic trainer development and deployment.
• Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for operation, testing, and evaluation of trainer capabilities.
• Install and turnover trainer systems to the US Navy.
• Collaborate with internal developers, external tactical teams, US Navy personnel, and DoD customers to ensure optimal operation and compliance of trainer systems.

Required Education:
High school diploma with substantial experience in Surface Ship ASW-related roles.

Required Experience:

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a U.S. Government granted security clearance (Interim Secret security clearance required to begin employment).
• Background: A minimum of 6 years of related military experience, demonstrating the skills necessary to fulfill this role.
• Skills: Expertise in SQQ-89 (ACB13 or newer) sonar system operations; must be comfortable collaborating with technical personnel and conducting system tests; flexible, positive, and energetic team player.

Desired Experience:

• Education: B.S./B.A. degree and continuing education in a technical domain.
• Skills: Acoustic Intelligence experience.
• Tools: Familiarity with Atlassian Products and MS Office.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $63,700.00 - $115,150.00. This range is a general guideline and factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, and skills will also be considered when extending an offer.
